RRB Group D Admit Card 2026
The Railway Recruitment Board has activated the city intimation slip for CEN 09/2025. Candidates who applied for the 22,195 Level-1 posts can log in with their registration number and date of birth to check their allotted city, exam date, and shift.
The first city slip was released on 24 July 2026 for candidates appearing on 3 August 2026. RRB is releasing the slips in stages, usually around ten days before the assigned exam date.
The admit card, also known as the e-Call letter, is a different document. It becomes available about four days before the exam. For candidates scheduled on 3 August 2026, the admit card download begins on 31 July 2026.
The e-Call letter includes the complete exam centre address, reporting time, and other instructions. The city slip does not provide the full centre address. The CBT will take place from 3 August to 21 August 2026 in three shifts each day.
Candidates from Assam come under RRB Guwahati, which is part of Northeast Frontier Railway. They can download both documents through the same candidate login.

RRB Group D City Intimation Slip 2026
The city intimation slip provides the assigned exam city, date, and shift. Candidates can use these details to arrange travel and accommodation before the exam.
The slip is not an entry pass. Candidates must carry the e-Call letter to enter the examination centre. The admit card is released around four days before the exam date.
RRB is not releasing all city slips on the same day. The slips are issued in batches, generally ten days before each exam date. Candidates with later exam dates may see a message saying that the slip is not available yet.
Assam applicants can access the slip by selecting RRB Guwahati when their batch is released. Eligible SC and ST candidates can also download the free second-class railway travel authority through the same login.

RRB Group D Shift Timings 2026
The CBT is conducted in three shifts each day. Entry gates close at the time printed on the admit card. Candidates should reach the centre before the reporting time.

Aadhaar Verification and Required Documents
RRB uses Aadhaar-based biometric checks at the exam centre. Candidates who have not completed Aadhaar verification should finish it before exam day through the RRB application portal.
Keep your Aadhaar available and unlocked in the UIDAI system. This can help prevent delays during the verification process.

The city slip and admit card are available through the same candidate login. Follow these steps:

Note: If your release batch is not active, the portal may show that the slip is not available for your application. Check again closer to the exam date.
Report any mistake in the city slip or admit card to your regional RRB office as soon as possible. This gives the board time to correct the details before the examination.
