The LL.M program has a total capacity of 25 for the 2023-2024 academic session, with 3 seats reserved for the endowment category as per university rules. The endowment fee will be determined and announced by Dibrugarh University during admission.

How to Apply for Dibrugarh University LLM 2023:
Intending candidates must apply online through the “Online Application Submission” portal of Dibrugarh University, located at www.dibru.online, starting on 03/07/2023.
When applying online, candidates must pay a fee of Rs. 500/- using a Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking.
Upon successful submission, a confirmation slip with a “SUCCESS” status will be generated.
Candidates should download, print, and retain a copy of the acceptance slip and application form, and admit card for future reference.
