APSC Previous Year Question Papers
The Assam Public Service Commission, or APSC, was formed on 1 April 1937. It conducts recruitment exams for various government posts in Assam. The Combined Competitive Examination is its main state-level recruitment exam and is widely considered one of the most competitive exams in Assam.
This page contains APSC CCE question papers from previous years. You can find Prelims papers from 1998 to 2025 and Mains papers from 2020 to 2024. Regular practice with these papers helps you understand the exam format, identify repeated subjects, and assess the actual level of the questions.

Note: APSC introduced a revised exam pattern in 2020. Under the new system, the Prelims includes two General Studies papers. The previous format, which included optional subjects in the Preliminary stage, is no longer followed.

APSC CCE Mains Question Papers
The APSC CCE Main Examination has six written papers. Each paper carries 250 marks and lasts three hours, making the written exam worth 1,500 marks. The Interview carries 180 marks, bringing the total score to 1,680 marks.
