Posts for PwBD: A total of 4 vacancies are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)—one post each for Blindness & Low Vision (BL/LV), Deaf & Hard of Hearing (DHH), Locomotor Disability (LD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). To claim reservation under the PwBD category, candidates must possess a benchmark disability of at least 40%, certified by the competent medical authority. Candidates with a disability of less than 40% are not eligible for PwBD reservation or related relaxations.
Posts for Ex-Servicemen: A total of 2 vacancies are reserved for Ex-Servicemen. Selection Process of APSC Recruitment 2026
The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has not yet announced the detailed selection process for the Veterinary Officer/Block Veterinary Officer posts. According to the official notification, the Commission will publish the mode of selection through a corrigendum or addendum after reviewing the cadre, grade of the post, and the total number of applications received.
